UHP tube
Overview
UHP tube, Ultra High Purity tube, generally refers to BA tube, EP tube and MP tube, mainly used in pure gas and liquid pipeline system with high clean and ultra-pure requirements, to ensure the high purity and stability of transmission medium.
Due to semiconductors, integrated circuits, biological pharmacy, food and beverage, laboratory, fine chemical industry and automobile industry having strict requirements on the work environment of ultra clean, high reliability and resistance to corrosion and so on, so the pure medium (gas and liquid) pipeline generally emphasize surface roughness and cleanliness, to suppress the particle generation and accumulation retention.
In order to ensure weldability and welding quality, it is required to ensure that the pipe has high precision dimensional tolerance and stable chemical composition, so as to reduce the occurrence of flue gas and particles during welding, and improve the corrosion resistance and smoothness of welding parts. In a word, high purity pipelines should have both beautiful appearance (external purity) and excellent quality (internal purity).
External purity
It refers to not only bright external surface, but also a good inner surface roughness, which is to ensure that the pipeline system to transmission medium neutral, as well as excellent purge and cleaning performance. In order to ensure the quality and efficiency of automatic rail welding, the pipe is required to have high dimensional tolerance accuracy.
Inner purity
It refers to pure material. The UHP bright tube in the real sense has very strict requirements on the chemical composition, inner purity and performance of the material in addition to the beautiful inside and outside surface.

Used in semiconductor, liquid crystal industry, solar photovoltaic, biopharmaceutical, medical devices, precision instrumentation, integrated circuits, electronic chips, dust-free clean workshop, ultra-high purity gas, chemical system, WFI system, ultra-precision processing and other cutting-edge industries which request high-purity or ultra-high purity gas / fluid pipeline system.
