Metal and precious metal plating

Electroless nickel plating

Electroless nickel plating refers to the uniform coating of nickel on the surface, which can prevent the corrosion, oxidation and wear of irregular surfaces.
The wear resistance of nickel-plated coatings may be relatively low, especially under high friction or high wear conditions, where the coating may be damaged.
The nickel coating may affect the weldability of the product, making the welding process more difficult.

Gold plating

Gold plating has good corrosion resistance and rust resistance.
Gold plating has low contact resistance, excellent electrical conductivity and weldability.

Silver plating

Silver plating has good corrosion resistance, but it is easy to lose luster.
Silver plating has high weldability and electrical conductivity
