Composite polished tube

Overview

With the progress of ever-changing digital technology in microelectronics technology such as light guiding, semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, fine chemical and other industries, these industries have increasingly demanding requirements for the delivery of gas or liquid or other media, as UHP, ultra-smooth and ultra-clean pipes and tubes are required to transport UHP gas, liquid or other media to POU. This makes the following requirements for pipes and tubes
◎ Tube with ultra-high purity chemical composition
◎ Ultra-bright and smooth inner surface with extremely low inner surface roughness to reduce friction and wear
◎ UHP inner surface, can ensure that ultra-pure gas, liquid does not change the chemical composition
◎ Do not increase the number of gas particles to prevent secondary pollution
◎ Anti-corrosion
◎ Good chemical passivation

In order to produce ultra-bright and smooth inner surface tubes, when very low inner surface roughness requirements are proposed, such as Ra≤0.05um or Ra0.01um or even lower, such as Ra0.0015um, a single mechanical polishing, chemical polishing and electrochemical polishing can not reach such a high level, so more higher level of composite polishing technology is required. The job includes inner surface polishing, outer surface polishing, wear-resistant coating, inner surface passivation to improve corrosion resistance, stress removal, ultrasonic cleaning, high pressure ultra-pure gas purging, amplification of inspection details at each step, clean room packaging, outer packaging to protect pipe straightness and surface safety.
