The tube coil is installed in the ice making tank of the ice machine, and the refrigerant passes through inside.

Stainless steel tube coil is usually used for heat exchanging, ie, different media (liquid or gas) inside and outside of the tube are to carry out heat exchanging. So the tube coil must be strong enough to withstand a certain high pressure and high temperature. And so the quality of tube coil is very important.
Our quality control are mainly making process control and finished coil quality control. In the making process, flaring tests are regularly carried out, the tube is expanded by more than 20%, and no cracks shall be happen. For finished tube coil, air tightness tests are carried out at requested pressure, no leakage allowed.
